Terms of Service

All process serving, investigative support, and related services require full payment upfront prior to the commencement of any research, fieldwork, or service attempts. Completion windows, rush requests, or specific delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate, signed written agreement, as all services remain subject to statutory rules, defendant availability, and field variables. H-Town Process Serving LLC and its process servers reserve the absolute right to refuse service, pause assignments, or terminate the business-client relationship at any time, for any reason or no reason, entirely at our sole discretion. We maintain the right to withdraw from any active assignment before completion if circumstances dictate, including but not limited to safety concerns, unreasonable expectations, or interference with field operations.

All fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. If a client elects to cancel services at any stage after payment has been rendered, all fees are non-refundable. Furthermore, if H-Town Process Serving LLC terminates services due to a client breach of conduct, harassment, unreasonable demands, or safety risks, no refunds will be issued for completed, partially completed, or uncommenced portions of the work, as all retainers and flat fees compensate for administrative intake, scheduling, database research, and attempted field deployment. Clients are expected to maintain professional and respectful communication at all times. Excessive, harassing, or abusive communication. Including repeated calls, text messages, or emails directed at servers while actively deployed in the field; disrupts operations and compromises safety. Any breach of conduct, threats, or harassment constitutes an immediate default of these terms, granting H-Town Process Serving LLC the right to terminate the relationship immediately without notice or refund. Finally, H-Town Process Serving LLC shall not be held liable for delayed, unexecuted, or unsuccessful service attempts resulting from inaccurate client-provided data, evasive subjects, statutory restrictions, environmental obstacles, or the lawful termination of services arising from client non-compliance or safety hazards..
